Dosage :
For best results, take two doses of Yesaka mixed with water in the morning empty stomach and at night before sleep.However, one should avoid intake of sweets and foods rich in carbohydrates, sugar as well glucose. Furthermore, stay away from consumption of potatoes and sugar beet. Experts recommended consuming cereals and diets containing a huge volume of fiber. Engaging in brisk walking and regular workouts is helpful in controlling levels.
