SheetaSudha is a cooling Sharbat made using natural Khus (Vetiver). Useful in burning sensation anywhere in the body, burning micturition, excessive thirst, dehydration, water & fluid imbalance developed due to extreme heat, being cooling & mootral. Intake is especially advised during Sharad & Greeshma Rhutu (summer and autumn season). It helps to relieve symptoms caused due to exposure to excessive heat such as weakness, excessive sweating, excessive thirst, burning sensation of eyes etc.
2 teaspoonful (30 ml) in a glass of water or milk (180 ml) stir well & drink as & when required or as directed by the Physician.
